Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, GST number, and billing address provided during registration.

Business Data: Project details, customer records, invoices, inventory records, proposals, attendance logs, and other data you enter into the platform.

Location Data: GPS coordinates captured by the mobile field team app during check-in/check-out, with your explicit consent.

Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our payment gateway partners. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Communications: WhatsApp, email, and SMS messages sent through the platform are logged for audit and dispute resolution purposes.

We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, allowing you to export your data. After this period, data is permanently deleted. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law.
