This policy explains how cancellations, downgrades, and refunds work for Voltavic subscriptions. We believe in transparency and fairness, and this policy is designed to be straightforward.
📋 TL;DR: Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Monthly plans: no refund for current period. Annual plans: prorated refund for unused complete months if cancelled within 30 days of payment.
The 14-day free trial can be cancelled at any time with no charge. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must choose a paid plan or your account will be automatically paused (data retained for 30 days, then deleted).
You may cancel your Voltavic subscription at any time through any of the following methods:
Cancellations are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
Example: If you pay for an annual plan and cancel after 2.5 months, you would receive a refund for 9 complete unused months (assuming cancellation is within 30 days of payment). After 30 days, no refund applies.
You may downgrade from the Growth or Enterprise plan to a lower tier at any time.
Upgrades take effect immediately. For monthly plans, you are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period. For annual plans, you are charged the prorated difference for the remaining months of your annual term.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Razorpay payment reversals may take an additional 3–5 banking days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

If you reactivate within the 90-day data retention window, all your data will be restored immediately upon payment. After 90 days, reactivation starts a fresh account with no prior data.

In exceptional circumstances (critical technical failures, major service outages exceeding 72 hours, billing errors), we will evaluate refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] with details.
